A London brand photo shoot with Kate from Deeply Neon.
I have largely given up on trying to catch up with 2yrs worth of brand photo shoots on the blog. That ship has sailed. Proof yet again that we are not always able to do everything and that prioritising my clients and my own wellbeing over blogging is more than ok. Today though I wanted to share this lovely shoot with Kate.
Kate connected with me earlier in the year because she was going through a rebrand and having photos that felt like her were really important. Kate is a coach. Her company is called Neon and she chose the name after having a vision of her spray painting the word. Much like how I come up with my business names. They come to us, asking to be bought into the world.
Kate works in two important areas of coaching, leadership coaching to help individuals and teams create environments where their people can do their best work and she offers life coaching where she works with people who are at a crossroads, helping them navigate big life or career changes.
Kate has an abundance of experience and qualifications behind her that she uses to support her clients. From being a certified integral development coach to enneagram practitioner (we are both a 4) Kate is well equipped to help people. She also uses the power of creativity from visual medicine (a fascinating way of working with paint and meditation) to poetry, she will invite her clients to engage with creative practises in their work together.
We really wanted to show all of this in the shoot while also showing off Kate and her personality. Kate found a bright and colourful space in Hackney Wick where we focused on business lifestyle imagery and some portraits. We then did the outdoor part of the shoot in and around London Bridge. Kate has such an outgoing and joyful energy, it was wonderful to capture her.
Before I leave you to enjoy the photos, Kate is hosting a retreat next April which I am super sad I can’t go to as it collides with the build up to SNAP but I would massively recommend checking it out if you are looking for some deeper connection and meaning in your life & work.
