Happy Tuesday everyone, I have another great brand photo shoot to share with you today. My first shoot of 2021 was back in January with Steph from Subject Matter Co. Steph is an architect turned amazing scarf designer and I love everything about her work.

Steph uses street art from her own travels as well as collaborations with other artists to create luxury scarves that are truly unique. My favourite one was her scarf for international woman’s day called 1911 it celebrates the first international women’s day rally and what it means to unapologetically claim back what is ours. It also without hesitation celebrates the word Cunt which is one of my favourite words for its feminine power.

We started her shoot at her home in Brockley where she has the most amazing mural painted inside and out. We also created some flatlays for the products and captured Steph at work in her own space. After that we headed to Deptford to make the most of the graffiti before we headed into Peckham for the urban feel of that area.

I absolutely loved working with Steph and I am in love with what she has created.
